Please have your decklist ready when you arrive!​

****Each event: (You must be in line for registration, with your deck list completed, no later than Registration end time or you will be marked late and may receive a first round loss)

Sat Oct. 8th: HERO COMICS (New location just across the street going west)

Prizes: The top 4 finishers in each of the three age divisions will receive the following:


1st Place: 4 Pokémon TCG booster packs and a Gold Victory Cup Trophy card
2nd Place: 4 Pokémon TCG booster packs and a Silver Victory Cup Trophy card
3rd Place: 2 Pokémon TCG booster packs and a Bronze Victory Cup Trophy card

Guess I should finish building up my deck...though that being said, I'll probably end up missing this weekend since it'll probably take a week or so to ship cards.

So Hero Comics has moved yet again? Where are they now? Please tell me they didn't downgrade in size yet again...
 
I'm planning on going to 3, maybe four of these. I'm still waiting on some cards so I might end up running the deck no one plays anymore.

Hopefully not but what ive been told yes they did downsize a little but on the plus side working AC !!!

A couple questions. The tournament pages at pokemon.com say registration ends at 10:45 but here it says 11:00. Which is correct? Also I do not see the Oct 8th Battle Road at Hero Comics on the official site. Will it be uploaded soon?

Well my cards came in, I'll see you all the 18th baring some odd occurrence. Someone needs to bring a TV for the football games as well :thumb:

They want you to be there in reg line before 10:45.

61 players today!!! Masters had 34 players so Top 4 in Masters got points today! See you all tomorrow!

A few of us from Tucson are considering driving up again! We are crazy. :)

A fellow named Garrett won --- top cut had a really surprising meta overall. I managed fourth with Vileplume/Floatzel/Magnezone. I'm not sure what the standards are for posting what decks other people were running, but I figure it's OK to say what I played. If it's standard to say what decks people were playing I am happy to do so!

Hope to see you all at more Battle Roads.
 
I dunno, in general I'd ask, or if that's not possible, just post without names, as people do run multiples of the same basic deck...

Talk about insanity today though, what 68 people today? All in that small small store XD

It was insaaaaaane. Though a lot of fun once I was able to actually sit down when I played! (I was the lady in the Oshawott hat, by the way.)

I don't any being up by Sedona, most are in the East or West valley. Though I think a few pop up at Kingman from time to time, but even that's not really close.

Oh yeah I saw that, did you make it yourself? Pretty impressive knitting if so. I just wore a 49ers hat, Sunday after all. Even if the Cowboys beat them >.>

I think I watched you play a game a bit before the event started. I didn't make the hat myself, a friend did it, I can't knit to save my life. :) Definitely looking forward to more battle roads --- I won't be able to drive up for all of them, but I'm hoping to make two or three more.

Lol I was running late apparently since the original time was be here by 11:00, not 10:45, so I didn't get in till like 10:50 or so, so unless you saw me playing a match during one of the rounds, probably wasn't me.

the closest one for these events would be Anthem on Oct. 1st.
We will probably have a Cities in Kingman, keep you eyes open for those events.

Wow what a weekend. Sunday we had 69 total players!!! Largest ever!!
Thanks to an awesome staff, some who were scheduled at the last minute. I appreciate all that you do!

Well you all have this weekend off to tweak those decks! See you in Anthem on Oct 1st!
(unless some of you are sneaking off to New Mexico this weekend, I will see you there)
 
We may have some travelers this weekend. I will be bringing extra tables and chairs just in case! See you in Anthem and then Glendale.
