Attacks: Lonely Fang

My apologies if this one has been asked before. If SK Houndoom uses its Lonely Fang attack, and you have exactly one more Benched Pokemon than your opponent does, will Lonely Fang do 30 damage or 10 damage?

Q. Skyridge Houndoom: for Lonely Fang, if you have two benched and your opponent has only one, will the attack do 30 damage minus 10 damage? or is 30 minimum?
