Strategy
Start with Mantine, and Collector. Use 'Gatr Prime to attach :water: Energy and Typhlosion to attach :fire:.

I feel that you can drop 1 of each of your basic energy, all the Energy Search, 2 Pachi, and 2 Shaymin for 4 Rainbow, 4 Mantine HS, 1-2 Rescue Energy, and 1-2 Flower Shop Lady. I don't see the need for Pachi and Shaymin because the way the deck works, you only need 1 normal attachment per turn thanks to Rain Dance and After Burn. You can also afford to lose the smeargle too for something else to boost consistency since it isn't really the best starter for a deck like this.

Oh yeah, you might also want to try out Energy Retrieval to keep cycling through your energy. IDK what you would want to take out for it, but definitely give them a try.
