at nats this past year there was a ruling that when you use time walk you have to put your prizes back in the same way that they were originally placed.
i was playing at league and our league leader was watching and i just placed my prizes ina different way to remember them. he picked up my prizes shuffled them and put them down in the classic 2 on 2 laytout.
What is the real way to fix the problem and what are the pnelaties for ignoring it.

You can either put your prizes back in the same pattern that they were in when you started to look at them, or you can use the classic layout. Either should be acceptible.

We don't cover penalties in this forum.

However, he should not have randomized them.
