At one match for cities a couple weeks ago, I used time walk with azelf and told my opponent that I was going to copy my prizes down on a piece of paper and to give me a second. To save time, he allowed me to look at my prizes whenever I wanted to. Can I do that in higher tournaments if my opponent lets me?
