We are here playing league so not a huge deal as far as rulings, but we have a player with an unlimited deck, he had earlier in the game used Town Map to flip all of his prize cards face up.
He then later tried to use Azelf (19/146) ability: Time Walk, which reads : "Once during your turn, when you put Azelf from your hand onto your bench, you may look at all of your face-down prize cards. If you do, you make choose 1 Pokémon you find here, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Then, choose 1 card in your hand and put it face down as a prize card"
I had ruled that Time Walk could not be used as all prize cards were face up from Town Map. Is this the correct ruling?
