B&W Side event for NW Regionals?

Would there be any interest there being a constructed side event at NW Regionals where the decks would be MD on except the only pokemon you can play would be B&W pokemon?

Of course you could only play if you did not top cut, and we would have to ask BDS and Mr Raichu if they would like to have it.

Does this mean that you won't be doing the Team Competition this year?
