My question is can his power move a damage counter from my side to my opponent's and vice versa?
Or is it confined to only moving a counter on one side of the field?
My feeling is you can move it anywhere, though a couple of professors, who were the judges at a Prerelease, disagreed, citing Gengar's Chaos Move. However, looking through the Compendiums, both new and old, it looks as though Gengar was initially ruled by WOTC with the restriction to one side, but then overturned by Nintendo, saying that you could move a counter anywhere.
I want to make sure I have the correct thinking and a ruling one way or another. Thank you.
