After another few months of testing we've been building up a suspect list for voting on of cards to ban in the Unlimited 150 format:
1. M Manectric EX
2. Dusknoir DP
3. Jolteon DEX.
To vote simply list the numbers 1-3 or the Pokemon's names followed by BAN or SAVE. This is your chance to help shape a format! Notes for why they're suspects follow below:

1. M Manectric EX
Allowing Mega evolutions into the format was an experiment from the start, first only allowing those that evolved from Stage 2s then also including those that evolved from any evolved/levelled-up Pokemon when M Lucario EX was revealed. The problem with Mega Manectric is that it's significantly better than any "Stage 3" Mega even though it's only a "Stage 2" itself. It's also incredibly fast at 2 energy for 110, 1 hit KOing a vast majority of the format with a Muscle Band. KOing it yields very little in terms of board position as it prepares benched Pokemon with its attack effect. It puts on incredible pressure as soon as it lands and obsoletes many other Electric type attackers as viable options. Unlike M Lucario EX, it's resilient to common counter card Clefable Jungle and its free retreat allows it to escape other possible counters with no loss of momentum.

2. Dusknoir DP
Currently, just the sight of a Duskull limits a player to a maximum bench size of 3, this card affects the game before it even hits play! Once it is out it can instantly remove support Pokemon from the bench or remove an attacker with any Gust/Warp Point effect. This is all in addition to whatever attacker you're using while Dusknoir remains safe on the bench with its decent hp for a non-ex. Even if the other player restricts themselves to a bench of 3, combined with Pokeflute / Target Whistle etc. you effectively have (to use some Magic terminology) a "kill spell" in a game all about Creatures. Compare with Crawdaunt ex for a more balanced version of the Ability on a low hp ex that needs to further combine with a shuffle effect for the same outcome.

3. Jolteon DEX
U150 is much more setup orientated than Standard and utilises many more low hp Pokemon. The "draw 15, pick 7, prize the rest" setup phase is designed to help prevent donks. Even so, when combined with an "Energy Evolution" Eevee, Jolteon can easily do 60 damage turn 1 before the other player has had chance to defend themselves. Whether this results in a donk or just removes their starter Pokemon, it can end the game there and then.

(Depending on future "Stage 2" Megas, the overall Mega rulings in U150 may change whether M Manectric EX is banned or not, rather than more individual bannings. Votes will be weighted, i.e. known, experienced players and contributors votes will count as 2, new commenters will count as 1).
