Last turn, my opponent used "sheer cold" against me. I have a squirtle UL active, and declare "Rain Splash".
Now, my question is:
Since I declared an attack, I am now in the attack phase, right? But since Sheer Cold prevents attacks, am I booted out of the attack phase and given the option to retreat and finish my turn, since i technically was never supposed to be able to enter said attack phase? Or does my turn end instantly since I have no valid choices for attacks, and yet I'm in the attack phase.
