All I saw was Uxie Lv. X (LA). Not that hyped up to get that card atm.

I will trade no more than 5 non-PL packs for the Floatzel GL Lv. X, which is more than generous considering the cost of buying 5 packs is greater than buying a Floatzel GL Lv. X online. With that noted, I won't trade the prime for the ex on a 1-1 basis.
In terms of unmodified Lv. X's, I think Cresselia is the most valued of them all so I must decline your offer. To give an idea, TrollandToad.com is selling a Lucario Lv. X (MT) for around $4 - $5. Therefore, I'm going to trade something presently worth around that amount, or I'd rather buy it myself on my own time.

No. These packs come from a sealed booster box. The trainers add little to no value to me. I already have 15x Bebe's Search and seek no more. Perhaps you could find something to add for the Kyogre ex as well?

I have a Dusknoir deck, which also means I have the Dusknoir Lv. X and won't need another one since it's not on my wants. Individual, random holos are also not in my wants. And is that a Floatzel GL or Floatzel GL Lv. X? Once again, here are the only things that I wanted from your list:
