With your bulk trade in deal i noticed there were equivelances for rares and rev holos and things like that. Would I be allowed to trade some ultra rares like lvl.xs and exs for equivalncy and if so what would the ratio be?

Looks like I'll be getting my Cyrus's Conspiracy elsewhere, so I don't need any extra. I probably don't need Staraptor FB Lv. X (SV) either since I've confirmed for one and have two other offers involving one. So all I really want now is the sleeves. Which do you want the most: Machamp prime or Toxicroak G (DP41)? I can trade either or for the sleeves along with some of the other stuff you're after, but the Machamp prime has greater value to me than the Toxicroak G (DP41).

Nowhere close. Most holos are unplayable and worth very little if anything at all. I'd value them at around a quarter each unless it's something playable, like Smeargle (UD).
From my experience, sending bulk internationally isn't worth it. I've only seen two people complete this successfully with me in the past 2.5 years. And they were both completed last month for extremely valuable cards. You can try, but odds are you won't like it. And my offers and counteroffers will change as time passes (day or two, max 1 week). If it's not confirmed, odds are I will decline.

When you mean "split that between bulk and trade", what do you mean exactly? I have a lot of people doing a lot of things, so odds are whatever you're suggesting is something someone else is already doing. And "long, white boxes from card stores" can mean many things as well. I have one that fits 700 and another that fits 1,400, and another that fits 2,800.
Yeah, you can do that too. It's very time consuming though and the ratios differ per card and by time. Normally when people do this, I give a week's grace to accept or decline. After a week, everything would need to be reassessed for its present day value. All you'd have to do is request the ratio and post what you have in the conditon they're in.
ex's are different. I generally value them at $3.00/ea, unless they are the following: Charizard ex (FRLG), Wailord ex (SS), Rocket's Mewtwo ex (TRR), Venusaur ex (FRLG), and Blastoise ex (FRLG). If I ever find my missing piece of FRLG - TRR collection, I will eliminate the last three as well.
I don't see anything on your list that I'd trade a tin for atm.
