Another PokeGym user bought my last Smeargle (UD). I sold my Call Energy off eBay. None remain of either. Are you after anything else?

Absol prime, maybe Professor sleeves, maybe the City Staff Poliwag, maybe a LP Spiritomb, maybe a pair of non-RH Energy Gain. Assuming I want everything else that isn't Absol prime, you're still short a ton from a Luxray GL Lv. X. I would trade one for 2,500 bulk though.
Magnezone prime, maybe Drapion Lv. X, possibly a Sableye (SF), and Energy Exchanger as throw-ins.
2,000/3500 = 57% of a box. So 20 - 21 packs depending on whether I receive a full 2,000 or not. To put this into perspective, I would almost trade a Luxray GL Lv. X for this amount.

Edit: I see you live internationally, so I will make a one-time exception and accept 2,000 if you decide to trade bulk for the Luxray GL Lv. X. Choice is completely up to you.

Ok, so, if I traded you:
1x Absol Prime ($7)
3x Professor Sleeves ($10 each)
1x City Staff Poliwag ($10)
1x LP Spiritomb ($1)
2x non-RH Energy Gain ($3 each)
That's about $51. Assuming Luxray GL Lv. X to be worth $70 (all these prices going by approximate EBay averages), that's about $19 short. Assuming 2500 bulk to be $70, if I do the math, that's about 2.8 cents per, so about 700 bulk cards would make up the $19 dollar shortage. Does that sound right?

I might be getting some Monster binders soon. Would you be interested? I do like your sealed Great Ball playmat, pre-release Electivire, many Lv. X's. and Triumphant primes. And if you do have Call Energy and/or DCE, I'm sure we can work something out. I don't have Rhyperior Lv. X or any other of your very high wants though. Unless you want the tin version? I even have the Rhyperior Lv. X sealed tin with booster packs inside.

You're be about correct, but I'm not after all your Professor sleeves. Just x1 is sufficient since I already have x2 sealed packs. Would you value your Staff Poliwag at $7?

If you only want 1 pack of the Professor sleeves, then, valuing the Poliwag at $9 for ease of rounding, all of this:

Would be $30 -ish. Would all that, plus 1200 bulk be sufficient? I'll need to go do some serious counting, but I believe I have that.

1x Regigigas Lv. X (although it's promo, not set if that matters, I suppose it depends on what you want it for)
1x Energy Exchanger (I actually have tons of these)

Using the same math, it'd be around 1,525. If you have bulk, I'd prefer that over any of your cards. Let's make that a priority.
And yes, I'm a very set-specific trader. If I tag a set on my wants, then I want it only from that set. I'm about to drop Regigigas Lv. X since I just found one on the floor. I'm considering Energy Exchanger as any ordinary uncommon and would like it thrown-in for any trader. I'd slice 200 uncommons/commons for Porygon-Z Lv. X (MD).
