Best level to check IV's at?

I am curiouse if anyone knows what the best ( prefferably the LOWEST level) a pokie should be at when checking the IV's. I am asking this cuz I just got all of the stuff I need to start doing seriouse breeding (battle subway.........time consumeing to get bp's to get the power items) and chain breeding to pass on the IV's.

I am breeding for a good Foongus.
I breed a Ditto with a female Foongus, both holding the power items (ditto has the 31 iv in def and f/Foongus has 31 in specdef), got the egg, and hatched it. ( saved the game)
I took the hatchling and left it in the day care until lvl 10.
I used rare candies to get it at lvl 25. ( didn't save, just lvl'd up too get it to 25 for calculation purpose)
I used Serebii IV calculator ( if there is a better one out there, where can I find it?)

The hatchling has these IV's: 7/30/30/30/31/23 @ lvl 25 ( eh- the speed IV is undesireable (wanted a 0 there), but 4 good IV's!)

Should I take the calculators results as correct? Or should I level it up higher? (when I can round up more rare candies, as I only have 15 atm in the game)

Or is the hatchlings lvl too low to get a correct IV calculation?

I know, too many questions here. But I am wanting to make sure that using a lvl 25 pokie is good to use for getting correct IV's, as that is what I did for breeding in the past and had the IV results total up correctly at lvl 25 for the previouse games. ( now, if the IV's are correct- time to try and get 31/30/30/30/31/0)

50 is usually the lowest that you wanna check at. you can soft reset if you don't wanna use all those candies permanently. as for calculators, i use a flash cart, so i don't actually know on that one. however, if you know someone with a flash cart you can trade it to them and ask them what the iv's are and they can tell you for sure.

You could take a team of breeded pokemon to pokemon battle revolution. Use all lv 50 and get a good IV check at 6 pokemon.

You can tell as soon as level 5 if a pokemon is a no-go IV wise. If they pass that first test I just save the game and feed them a bunch of rare candies (and sometimes vitamins) to get a better estimate and then turn the game off without saving.

In the BW game, it'll autolevel you to 50 if battling over IR or local WiFi. You just need 2 DSs and 2 copies of BW. Enter a newly-hatched Pokemon. Then, check the stats, drop them in a calculator with 0 EVs (as they haven't battled yet), and those will be your IVs.

Only one power item is guaranteed to pass a stat at a time, which means you've got a 50/50 chance of getting one or the other, and the other one will be inherited naturally if at all. Might as well be everstoning for nature on the other parent. /just saying

But! What I do is talk to the judge in the subway and see what stats are highest (to make sure it's what I'm looking for), as well as get a relative idea of how good the rest of the stats are. If they are "relatively superior" or "outstanding" then I take them to the battle institute thingy next to the pokecenter in Nimbasa (save first). It temporarily boosts levels to 50, which I then plug into the legendarypokemon calculator (same one that serebii uses, only they are the one's who made it so I like to give them the traffic).

Or you could save yourself the trouble and just hop on the Battle Subway in any mode, it auto-levels you to 50 for the duration as well XD

But yeah, metalkid's calc is the best, but his site...well, besides the semi-cruddy layout, for me anyways it seems to always be down sporadically. Still, the best option...Psypoke I don't think is updated for Gen 5 (or if it is, I haven't seen it), and Serebii I don't like using unless I have to.

I have used Serebii calculator for so long, that I am just so used to it. But thanx for a better calculator referal.
As far as a minimum level to check for the IV stats, it seems to be fine checking the IV's at level 25.
I forgot about the dude in the subway that states the "best" in blah blah blah.
thnx for the info yall.

I am just making sure that the IV's are correctly calculated at a minimum level of 25.
With D/PL/PLT- all I ever did was just RC the poikie to lvl 20, use the Serebii calculator, and the IV's were good to go as I was able to max out the stats for the ones I wanted to have ( like a metagross with 405 att. stat with adament nature) - even then only using RC to get a hatchling to lvl 20 sufficed to get an accurate IV number.
I have researched/googled other calculaters, and the Metalkid one would never load- or if it did it had errors, the psypoke one is easier to edit quickly with vs the serebii one, and tbh- I stick with what works best for me to get what I need done, and serebii's IV calculator was changed, I just didnt like the change and am just looking to find a better one to use is all.
I did click the link for the metalkid one- worked just fine this time. I will use that calculator and do a bit of comparison against the serebii one, as I have re-adjusted to the changes in the serebii one- ( I will admit I do not like change that much.....)

Thanx for the info yall, and I hope to have a vgc team ready soon to get in some battle practice to test out my team.
The foongus is just the pokie I am practicing on, that and Cofagrigas, as I was re-touching up on breeding mechanics.
