Best move set for Blastroise?

Me and my sister are training a Blastroise (Me) and a Charizard (her) we're going to see who wins, So she has her perfect Charizard and I still need to train my Blastroise, so i was wondering what do you think the best move set is?
 
not necessarily. if he doesnt ev train and his sister has HP grass and some choice specs or something he might not win. i think the best moveset for blastoise against charizard is.


Rain dance to power down fire moves
Surf/hydro pump
Ice Beam
aqua jet is good too. its learned by squirtle though so if it's already a blastoise it cant have this. the priority will kill if the game is getting close
 
Plus her Charizard knows earthquake ><

If it couldn't learn Aqua jet what would be better? I was thinking of teaching it Dive on my emerald game
 
Dive probably wouldnt be best. it's a 2 turn attack. i think you should check its hidden power. if it has hidden power rock you're good to go. x4 weakness = PWNAGE. if it doesnt have hp rock then you might want to try protect if you give it leftovers or toxic if you just want to try to survive long
