Thats right guys and gals! A fun tournament to celebrate the passing of the "EX" era!
In conjunction with Russ Murrays DP Prerelease on JULY 8TH I'm going to be running a tournament which allows you to play all your cards from Ruby Sapphire-Power Keepers!

Bring your best Dragtrode, Blaziken, R-gon, or perhaps an entirely new deck!!!! This is my first EVER sanctioned tourney as a TO, so would love a big turn-out!!

Here's the details-
Date- Sunday, July 8th
Address-Durley Hall Hotel
Durley Chine Road
Bournemouth
Dorset
BH2 5JS
United Kingdom
Price- £3 to enter
Start time- 1pm
Registration time- Russell and I will be there from 10am onwards running the first pre-release, and thus will be taking players' names down for the "Best of" tournament from then.
Prizes- Everyone gets some sort of promo card, goodies like deck boxes and boosters for the top placers. The more than turn up- the more we can give away!!!

Please Please Please come down, and play in what looks to be a really good piece of fun! :biggrin: If this goes well, I'll look to run another later in the summer!
 
Wish I could come, but Bournemouth is too far for me. Besides, I hardly have any of the older EX cards...

As for the tourny, sounds great, but I only started in the DX-on era, and it's too far, so much as I'd love to, I won't be there.
 
Ryan and Michael- I look to run one in Crawley later on in the summer, so try and make it for that! And it doesnt matter if u dont have many of the older cards- bring ur new decks and show the old ones a thing or two!
 
I would like to make to this kind of tourney but too bad, I'm stuck in Australia... Maybe next year, I might make it when visiting my relatives there. :)
 
Andy - That sounds a lot better! And, heh, I started playing so recently that even that'll be difficult. I will try my hardest to make a Crawley one though - I'll be attending the D/P prerelease for definite, and dragging Ryan along to the latter, and maybe a couple of others, so I can try and bring a few people from the North London League down for that tournament as well.

Irwin - I'll PM you if I'm going. At the moment I'm no longer sure, because I've suddenly had something come up for tomorrow night, which means I'll have no cash for Wednesday. I'll try though.

Just thought I'd let you know that I will definitely come to a crawley one! :)

But, seeing as I am about to become a dad again, I can't see Bournmouth being a good idea....

Not sure on booster prizes- I have heard from a certain Mr Murray that the prizes could well include those schexy DP deck boxes though! Everybody together now- "wooOOOooOOooOOOOOO!".

Please bring as many as possible! The more players, the more we can give away! :biggrin:
 
Funky *** Deck Boxes confirmed for winners in the three age groups. Booster prizes will be available depending on numbers. This is sure to be a day full of Pokemon fun with two D&P Pre-Releases on the day also for all those that want to play.

Everybody is welcome - bring a friend to qualify for a promo card bonus!
 
A bit far for Dom seeing as I don't plan on going to PRs.. and I don't have all my old cards anymore anyway (or new ones for that matter).

Flygon ex delta with Ancient TM: [Rock] FOR THE WIN!

Seriously, Flygon rock-lock looks to be the undisputed best deck in the ex RS-PK format. So hint to anyone that goes, play it! (And a Mew* tech for Blaze of course).
