Between Turns Damage Calcuation Order

Okay, so this question was posed to me earlier tonight, and I'm wondering the answer:

Say a player's active Pokemon has 10 HP left and is Poisoned, however they have an Ability/Power/Body that heals 10 damage in between turns. For the sake of having a definitive order in which these occur, which is handled first, the Poison damage, or the healing from the Ability/Power/Body?

Related to this (but potentially falling under a different ruling because of the wording), would the Poke-Body Maternal Comfort on the RR Nidoqueen be able to be activated before Poison damage was calculated between turns based on its wording?

There is an order, but it doesn't matter.
You add the 10 and take off the 10 and then check the final standing of the Pokemon's HP at the end of the between turn phase before checking for KOs.
