Bicycle, Hypnotoxic Laser and Dark Patch

I have a few questions for you. Thanks for your help! :thumb:

1.- Can I use Bicycle if I have 4 or more cards in my hand, apart from Bicycle when playing it?
2.- If I play Hypnotoxic Laser and flip heads, can I play another Hypnotoxic Laser on the Pokémon who is already asleep and poisoned?
3.- I play Dark Patch and then I realize I don't have basic Dark energy in my discard pile. Dark Patch can be played anyway? I return it to my hand, or must be discarded?
