Big Pokemon Day in Florida on November 8th

Anyone from the Fort Myers area going? If so lets meet up to schedule a time to meet and whatnot.

PhoenixSong is coming from sarasota passing by you. They are on the thread about needing a league in sarasota.
 
Furret wheels in a cart with a Flashing Blue light
at the top of it.
Espeon "Where did you get that from?"
Furret pushes the cart into the middle of the snow covered field.
Espeon goes to find Umbreon.
Furret places some boxes in the cart to stand on
and turns the flashing blue light on.
Jolteon, Vaporeon and Flareon trot in to look at the flashing light.
Furret gets on the boxes and clears its throat.
Furret looks around.
Furret gets off the boxes and starts making some snowmen
and snowwomen and lining them up in rows.
Espeon returns with Umbreon.
Furret looking at the three rows of snowpeople,
decides it now has a big enough audience.
Furret climbs back on the boxes.
Umbreon sits down next to Jolteon.
All the Eeveelutions look expectantly at Furret.
Furret whistles for everybody to quiet down.
The snowpeople stop chatting and look forward at Furret.
Furret begins:

"On this day in History, I have discovered
that the new software from Pokemon Organized Play
only awards Wins, Losses, and Draws. 3, 0, and 1.
There are NO longer any 2 point wins on time.
All wins are 3 points"

Espeon wags its tail.
The snow around Flareon is all melted away.
Jolteon jumps up and cheers,
accidently shocking Umbreon who had fallen asleep.

Also, I read it's Unlimited, but with Nintendo rules? If so, that sucks.

We have been practicing the new format for sometime with unlimited team. Even though change is difficult for the pokemon crowd,, it seriously has enhanced the gaming experience. Just use the force luke..........

Coliseum of comics has weekly modified sanctioned events in orlando. Dargon's lair will return to them on nov 22 fort lauderdale,, sanctioned also hopefully. Get those global stats up.

Anyway, BK, wasn't I picked as one of the judges for the team-play stage? I really reek at team play. If so, could you edit the OP to refect this?

If this tournament is a success, we should make it an annual event. And every annual event needs a name. Anybody got any ideas?

AAAAHHHHH,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NO. THE TEAM PLAY JUDGES ARE DOUG AND KHYM, AS i REMEMBER! AS MASTER JUDGE, dOUG HAS ALL OVERSIGHT ON THIS MATTER.
 
Gym challenge question...

One question:

Is the Gym Challenge going to be after the Unlimited tournament, before, or simultaneous with it? If it's before or after, I'd like to enter it as well as the Unlimited tournament.

Also, and forgive me for sounding like a broken record, can I borrow 2 Neo Genesis Cleffas an 1 Neo Genesis Pichu?

The unlimited and gym are at the same time.

Excuse me but i do not mean to cause any contraversy but Cdsfdsfsd Nidoking you are not the CHAMPION at Dragons Lair you cant even beat some of our noobs how can you call yourself a champion change your signature foo

A good warrior always tries to perfect his/her technique. Somewhere along the way, I forgot Rule One of deck-building: KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid. I tried to cover every situation that might come up, and in so doing, lost focus. That is until BK gave me a few pointers. I was reluctant to follow them at first, but finally I decided to give it a try. The following week, I used my now-streamlined deck against the noobs and went 5-1, losing only to a Raindance.

So, you see, I may yet live up to my title. Just give me time and experience.

Love up to your title? How can you live up so a title you don't posses? And if you are poud you beat and a bunch of 10 year olds and STILL lost to 1 of them, then you have a LONG way to become anything remotly similar to a good player, least of all a champion.
