Seriously, why was this card reprinted? I don't understand the logic. Even 10- kids look at the card and say "Wow, this card stinks on ice, I'm not going to use it". Either add a new card to the mix, or reprint an older card.
Also, what is the logic behind reprinting cards, if there exists any? Look at deck lists from every tournament since RS and I'd be surprised to find any Birch or Starmie DS (without the power) in any of the lists. Explanation plzkthx?
