Of course you should go and play. If you don't feel you're good enough to do well at Nationals, I don't know what would make you think you would do better at Worlds where the playing field will be almost as hard?

I don't get that mentality at all.
 
Mayb its the whole "I dont want to be donked 7 rounds in a row" thing but who knows =_=
I wouldnt waaste my invite for a donknats either, heck id probably go and just hang around there :D
 
I think it would be better just to "CLOSE" these pre-regionals discussions. I get bored on clicking this one to discuss what might happen post regionals.

I do see that, but I would much rather go to worlds than nationals, and feel like if I get donked a few times, there goes my invite :/
 
I really just wish they would make an announcement already. I know they are having discussion still, but it would be nice to hear them ringing in on this situation. I honestly thought we would get an answer the Monday after Regionals, but with only a half hour left in the day, I'm doubting that severely. xD
 
yeah ^. I was really hoping to come home from regionals look online and see an announcement. Worst case an announcement would be made by or on the 25th.

I am sure they will do something that make sense. Everyones decisions regarding nationals and worlds really depends on it and as soon as we know the better.
 
The sooner we know something, the better. I mean, heck, currently I have no idea what to play/test/trade for at all. The trading thing is particularly annoying with prerelease this week. I'd sure like to know what I ought to be trading for.
 
I just purchased a Uxie LV. X so I'm sure that means there's going to be a rotation, as that's my luck.

Just letting everyone know ahead of time ;p

Same thing here. I'd really like to know what to do about Nationals, as I don't know about going with the potential donkiest format ever.
 
The thing is . . . I really doubt that they would make an announcement if there was going to be no change.

So the longer it goes on, the less likely it gets.

Maybe if the European Nats are a complete donk disaster they will try and rescue the format in time for US Nats and Worlds?
 
I hope that even if it isn't a good announcement they at least make one to let us know what is going on and why. It would be nice to here there side of the story regardless of if the outcome isn't what I want.

I wouldn't call it Guinea pig. Europe often has different formats for nationals because cards aren't out long enough. I think it would more be a case of that then experimenting lol.
