Black Belt/Buck's Training and Unown R rulings

Hi, just wanted to get a couple of rulings checked,

1. If I play a Black Belt/Buck's Training, retreat my Active pokemon and promote a new pokemon as my Active, does my new Active pokemon get the benefit of Black Belt/Buck's? It says on the cards "each Active Pokemon" and I know this is in relation to double battles, but does it apply if I change my Active pokemon?

2. If you Power Spray an Unown R, does the card still get discarded? I know for Powers like Unown V's (errata'd) Vacation it ends your turn because the ending of the turn is a condition, not the effect of the Power, would the same apply here? I'm pretty sure it does, I'm just checking.

1. Those are both Supporters and so are not attached to a Pokemon.
Whatever Pokemon is Active when you attack will get the benefit of them.

2. No. The discard is part of using the power.
The text is totally different on the two cards.
