black belt, pluspower

im behind prices and i use black belt on my active horsea, but then i evolve it,does my active seadra get the attack bonus? I guess no, cause its a different pokemon who took the bonus, but since black belt's effect is on the pokemon on the active spot, not directly on a specific pokemon im not rly sure. Same question with pluspower, but it has different wording. Thanks in advance

They do have different wording, but it doesn't really affect how these work.

The active Pokemon can change and the new one will still get the benefit of these cards having been played.
