Strategy: Its about speed, Get Charizard and Blastoise as fast as possible, no pokemon is stuck, Charizard turns water into fire, easy 100 whenever. Recycling energy isnt hard since Blastoise can still just snipe and do damage as well. Its just draw with volkner's, uxie and chatot, so you dont need to rely on claydol and it draws fast.
