i built one of these for my GF

i would take out the kingdra line for crobat G and poketurns

its way easier to get out and faster
especially since you are already running a cyrus and sp rader

I'd drop the Kingdra for an Uxie Lv. X and another Pokemon Collector. You already have two heavy Stage 2 lines, and the inclusion of an extra 1-0-1 line makes the deck, in my opinion, slightly crowded. On the other hand, Uxie Lv. X and Pokemon Collector both boost consistency, which could really help the deck.

I would use the MT croconaw instead of the GS one. Evolutionary Water pokepower let you look at the top 5 cards of your deck and choose as many energys u find there and put them into your hand. Its really helpful if you need some fast energy and if you are just using BTS to go from Totodile-croconaw-Feraligatr in one turn.

it helps with getting out your benched Feraligatr and your Blastoises.

why dont you try running cycler bronzong...it runs very well with this and it gets the energy in hand alot quicker...with it you can quickly power up your blastoise using gater's ability...just a thought..it worked for me.

Cycler Bronzong is a nice card; put 1 card from your hand into the deck and search 2 basic energies. And it's out of stormfront, so it's not going to cycle out anytime soon.

I used a deck pretty much exactly like this and I can tell you that with 2 stage 2's, this deck can be very slow to come out sometimes. I suggest using the Cycler Bronzong as it's alot easier to get out if you want a faster set up at least. There's nothing wrong with Feraligatr per say, but in my personal experience it was pretty difficult to get both Feraligatr AND Blastoise out early. I actually ran 1 more Broken Time Space than you are as well now that I think of it and I sometimes wouldn't get Blastoise up and running until turn 4 or 5. I will say though, if you can manage to get an early set up with Blastoise he can really wreck your opponent fast. Good luck though with the deck though and I hope I helped! =]

Did some testing after typing these responses. Made some changes.

You have a good point. However, that would require increasing the numbers on a few other cards too...

Quite the opposite for Uxie LV.X. Through my testing in other deck builds, I found it took too many resources to prepare a Uxie LV.X, mainly because it has to go up to the active slot before leveling up.

Both ideas are bad. First and foremost, MT is not within MD-on. Secondly, having Rare Candy at any number other than 4 is a horrible idea for consistency reasons.

I don't see Floatzel GL being all that necessary to need a 2-2 line. I think a 2-1 or a 1-1 Line would suffice in here.

I was actually thinking that Floatzel GL LV.X was fully necessary to be a 2-2 line because Blastoise gets taken out in one hit + a Crobat G by Luxray GL LV.X. Also, Luxray can fall to a similar fate with even less trouble. I'll try bumping the numbers down, but that's the reason why it's a 2-2 right now. In fact, I would just proceed to remove it altogether instead of lowering the numbers if I weren't about to expand the SP engine for Crobat as it is.

With that in the deck, the energy count can also go down for more consistency-boosting cards. Nice idea, thank you.

Bronzong just slows the deck down especially without Claydol. Needing 2 Stage 2's out is already inconsistent enough.

However, there's the little problem of getting the energies needed to attack in hand. Back when 14 were run, Interviewer's Question wasn't reliable enough. Also, Bronzong gives Bebe's Search fodder, which can be used to increase consistency.

...I'm interested in how exactly I would solve that little issue before I remove Bronzong.

because Blastoise gets taken out in one hit + a Crobat G by Luxray GL LV.X.

Ive found the best way to deal with luxray GL lv. X is to kill luxray GL the turn it hits the bench.

And im not a fan of sableye if it cant donk with dark energies

sure its a T1 supporter, but you cant use any of the cards you get till next turn, this could lead to you getting donked. I would recommend call energys instead sure its only 2 pokemon, but they go straight to your bench and can really help you get out of being donked,
it can also help with that energy problem you mentioned`

Until this deck gets enough speed, killing Luxray while it's benched isn't going to happen very easily.

Call Energy... I'll give it a try, but it doesn't help the energy issue at all.

Wow, this is now far more consistent than I thought it would be. Testing confirms that Bronzong IS important for setups, as I said.
