IF you want to make this deck better you will try and find some, because it lets you attach an extra energy with Rain Dance without taking damage.

If I remember correctly, Pokemon Park allows the healing to happen only once per turn.

Very nice idea. How about 1-2 Wooper? Rain Dance xX amount of energy without damaging them then using Amphys power to shift it somewhere else.
IMO noone needs 3 Mr Stones Project.

Okay.. I wish people could get it through their heads... Pokemon Park only works ONCE PER TURN! And only on Benched Pokemon! Here's the exact text of the card:

Once during each player's turn, when that player attaches an Energy card from his or her hand to 1 of his or her Benched Pokémon, he or she removes 1 damage counter from that Pokémon

Not hard to read that... Now that that's out of my system...

I think jwilso72 has the right idea. Using Wooper/Quagsire TRR and Ampharos UF would be the only way to my knowlege to be able to rain dance as many energies as you like and not take any damage.

Also, reduce your Lightning Energy and Great Ball count for more water energy. You don't have too few basics, and with Stones, getting your lightning shouldn't be a problem.

I thought of this pokemon line,

x3 Squirtle
x2 Wartortle
x3 Blastoise EX
x3 Mewtwo (Delta)
x2 Wooper
x3 Articuno EX

And some supporting trainers...

x4 Great ball (Get your Mewtwo and Wooper, Squirtle)
x3 Elm's Training Method
x3 Rare Candy
x4 Pokemon Park (Or even 2/2 Pokemon Park and Battle Frontier)

You can think of the rest.

This Pokémon is both R and M type.

Poké-Power: Delta Switch: Once during your turn, when you put Mewtwo from your hand onto your Bench, you may move any number of basic Energy cards attached to your Pokémon to your other Pokémon (excluding Mewtwo) in any way you like.
[RM] Energy Burst (10x) Does 10 damage times the total amount of Energy attached to Mewtwo and the Defending Pokémon.
Weakness: Psychic
