Blastoise Ex Pokemon Park Question

Can I use energy rain to benched pokemon and continually heal the pokemon with pokemon park? I know you can with wooper and quagisre but i don't know if Pokemon Park is the same situation.

Check Pokemon Park again.
It says "once per turn".
You only get it's benefit once.
