Alright, here's my fix.

Pokemon: 18
4 Mawile CG
4 Krabby CG
4 Kingler d CG

NRG: 13

Trainers: 29
3 Transciever

4 Battle Frontier / Giant Stump / Holon Legacy

3 Cessation Crystal

My Reason's were that Blaziken doesn't really help Kingler out all that much, so I added Slowking UF to support. I added the Holon Engine to get basics out fast, and increased your draw power to speed the deck up. I added Mawile 'cause he is perfect for getting a quick tool on a benched Krabby/Kingler. I put in 8 Pokemon Tools to help with the KO'ing of Pokemon with Kingler.

I use a deck pretty similar to this, and the Slowking UF Item Search is super helpful. Get a tool out of your deck...yup. How about a castaway or two? That would be another good card for this deck.
