Please fix it with as little as possible pokemon setup fixes (more for the trainers and energy)

No it isn't. Try Celio's Network instead.

Oh, wait, you already use 4 of it. Then ditch the PETMs for something else.

You dont need 3 Pokemon retreivers, a 2-2 line on Manectric the POR's ....so I added another HPS, 4 Sparce and put in Copycats in stead.......I have played a similar list that was 1 card difference and got 2nd at the Dallas Gym.........and I would change the lightning to multi's, they help with Rays attack allowing him to do that extra 40 if needed...While were on the subject of the Ray....I would play the Drg version since it has more damage potential than the DX one.

Hey try finding a Shining Torchic so you can have 5 Torchic.
 
Drop the manectric line, it isn't that good, slows the deck down...

I'd rather have tech cards like rayquaza, deoxys, and perhaps milotic...

No not really. Manectric's Power Shift can really help when you use Firestarter. Trust me Birch kicked my butt w/ that line and used Archie to get those Manectric out.Mostly the sad thing is that I Haven't even heard of Archie until then. Yes it still burns too.

Yea the Manny REALLY helps in tight situations when you have run out of swtiching cards ( which arent in this version ) or can't afford to burn Nrg to switch...And it makes BEX a beast....the only thing that hurts it really is BF but you can overcome that.
