Blaziken / Heatran: Competitive build?

Blaziken / Heatran

I was wondering what people thought was the best build for Blaziken / Heatran?

Would it be viable to run Heat Rotom / dual trans Rotom? Rayquaza + stark mountain? Felicity's in the trainer engine? RR supporters? infernape 4?

Would you run some G pokemon (crobat / skuntank) as hitting for 120 dmg (2nd attack + burn) is 10 dmg short of knockout on Kingdra and other 130HP pokes.

Basic list:

4 Torchic
2 or 3 Combusken
3 Blaze PL
1 Blaze GE

2 Baltoy
2 Claydol

2 Heatran
2 Heatran lvlx

2 Uxie

- Quaza / rotoms / G pokemon etc?

i'd say 10 fire and 4 call for the energy line.

Add in a Heat Rotom, a Rayquaza, a few Stark Mountains, 4 Switches, and a 3-1 Infernape 四 line.

Heat Rotom is aiight in here.
Stark Mountain only needed if u use Ray.
Typhlosion is awesome in here
Infernape 4 is meh with this build.
