Is this just hype or is it as good as people say it is, I personally feel its hype right now.

I say it's a bit of both. However, it did prove itself as it did win the equivalent to Japanese Nationals*(I think, it was one of the two finalists, the other being GeChamp)

*No idea what it's called, but I assume it's the equivalent

Well, the Relicanth is not the deciding point though, Luxray kills Claydol which slows them down well, plus you can always one shot the Relicanth with Jet Shoot with Crobat after a Bright Look.

I prefer it over Luxape atm. Pulled a Blaziken X at the prereleases and traded/bought off the regular Blazikens. Very fun, very fast. Haven't had a chance to run it with Garchomp C X yet.
