Well, Burning Scream could use a bit of toning down. When compared to Salamence ex, you don't discard Energy and get an additional 3 damage counters to the Active.

I really think it should be 3 Damage Counters. Because if you think about it, 20 to each isn't much and 40 to each is too much. Also the attack takes 4 energy.

Yes, but that was already proven to be much better than a Salamence ex's attack! And exs are supposed to be better!

Okay! How about it discards all Energy? Not changing it yet but...

just change 2 fire energy into 2 fighting energy then it's less broken and salamence ex was before the DP times.
