4 DCE
3 Call

The strategy is simple, but it's not so simple: Attack the enemy's weak points, either by sniping while they're still vulnerable or exploiting weaknesses. Often, I start looking at an opponent's Pokemon's HP in amounts of 80's and 60's. Roserade is for getting Spiritombs, Chatots, etc. out of my way early-game, whereas Drifblim is for late-game prize-grabbing. Looker's is for disrupting set-ups or recovery.

Anyway, the metagame in my area is mainly Gyarados, Vilegar, Jumpluff, and some SP's, with very little Machamp. Rescue Energy is giving me headaches to boot.

Too many techs

Drop Roserade Gl for a 4th Call energy

Drop Vs seeker and Maybe Chatot for 2 Premier balls, That will help your recovery and getting lvl X's out faster.

Looks like a pretty good list.

I was thinking:

-1 Nite +1 Ambipom G (send those Rescue NRG's away!)
-1 Rosy GL +1 Rescue NRG (to recycle Luxray)
-1 Chatot +1 Smeargle UD (double your setup power)
-2 Lookers +2 Black Belt (bite back!)

I also forgot I had an Unown Q in my deck. Oh well...
