Good idea except that sceptiles power says for each basic grass energy attached to your GRASS pokemon.

This maybe premature without the card, but there is a chance of it saying that the G has to be attached to oyur G Pokemon! If it doesn't, then this will be all over the place!

i think you should add a 2-2-1 Delcatty/ex line, to recycle your boost, and also draw them.
Also take out the POVs for TVRs.

Slow. You need to have Leafeon active to be able to level it up. Then you have to retreat it and send Blissey. I'd say take out 2 Steven's, 1 Strenght Charm and a Plus Power for 3 Warp Point and a Holon Adventurer. Also, replace Oak and Roseanne's for TV Reporters and Mentors.
