I thought of this deck because I was noticing how (strangely) decent a Magmortar SW line could be. I needed another Pokemon to use alongside Magmortar... preferably with high HP and a cheap, cost effecient attack. Obv Blissey was the perfect choice  Here is the untested rough draft...

Pokemon - 16
4-4 Blissey
4-3-1 Magmortar (MT-SW-MT)

Trainers - 27
3 Celio's Network
1 Holon Mentor
2 Great Ball
3 Castaway
2 Buffer Piece
2 Strength Charm
1 Stone's Project (explained below)
4 TVR
2 Holon Adventurer
1 Copycat
2 TGW
2 Warp Point
1 TSD

Energy - 17
4 Holon FF
3 Boost
10 Fire

Both Blissey and Magmortar will be good lead-offs. At the same time, both of them also serve as good clean-up men... making this deck extremely versatile. Magmortar X is probably the selling point of the idea, though I still slightly doubt his true effectiveness. Warp Points and TGW for a touch of disruption (Warp Point is an auto-in due to the massive retreat costs). Holon FF is needed for obvious reasons, while Boost not only aids Blissey but can let Magmortar do a quick clutch Bazooka hit if needed.

Deckbuilding Issues

--Still debating between Magmar MT and Magmar SW. Poison could play a factor, but a cost-effecient 20 for 1 might be better. Id guess the MT Magmar is the better of the two, but Im trying the SW one just to make 100% sure. Update: MT is clearly better.

--I am unsure about using Castaway in here. Getting an energy + supporter is nice, but the tools I'm using dont seem necessary. Update: Buffer Piece is a lot better than I had thought, so Castaway stays.

--As much as I like Magmortars Pokepower/body, I do not feel I have the room to fit Windstorms in atm. Deckspace is a bit cramped right now since this is only a draft, but once I refine the list and make more cuts, I may consider adding Windstorms.

--Im thinking I should cut either 1-1 Blissey or Magmortar. A bit of testing will help determine which is the better choice.

--A triggered Scramble Energy would be amazing in here, but I don't plan to ever really be behind in prizes. But still the possibility of Scrambling Magmortar is sure sounding good...

In-game Issues

--At times it might be difficult to use Flame Bluster when needed due to the energy requirement (seeing as how I only use 10 total). I assume that late-game itll be awkward because most of my Fires will be discarded, making it hard to draw/search them from my deck. For this scenario I have included a Stone's Project so that I can dig them from the discard pile. We'll see if this is a good call when I actually start to playtest the deck a bit.

--Empoleon/Lucario is hot around my area, and even with Holon FFs in here I see that deck as a big threat.

SW Plusle is interesting.. though Id hate to have to lead off with him, even if it is only rarely. Stone seems like enough right now, but if that doesnt work Ill definietely look into Plusle.

And yeah, TSD is by far better in here since hitting 1 Heads will likely get me what Im looking for, or hitting 2 Heads will get me a whole evo line back.

LickiLicky... you can pull up fro spread damage so when Mag X comes it is easier to snipe! NTM Paralyzle Flippage can be fun and irritating!!

replace holon adv with POV. U dont need that kind of discard power yet....

and er, perhaps cut down the supporters and fit in some normal trainers. They help speed up a deck!

No, if you have, and I do mean if, 2-3 TSD I would run them over Night Maitance any day. I have one but they are kind of hard to come by.
