Bonds to the end of time scanlations?

You guys do realize Vibrava takes the energy from the opponent's discard pile, right? It's like a one-time deal too since you put all of them back after using it and there are few ways to discard the opponent's energy. If it was from your own pile, it'd be great, but the opponent's?

That being said, it is certainly not a bad stage 1, and the rest of the line is top-notch. Flygon's Body opens up Palkia lv. X abuse possibilities, Wall of Sand is not only anti-stadium in general but anti-Dusknoir lv. in particular, Power Swing can do 110 for 3 (although Dark Palm will likely keep it at 90), Eroding Storm is just nasty, and X-treme Attack is aptly named. On top of all that, none of the attacks require a specific type of energy, which means that the support you can play with this line is basically unlimited.

I love Alakazam 4 lv. X's Power. It's like a more exclusive Damage Swap, which is a Power I've long since thought would be amazing in any Modified setting. Something like Dialga G lv. X, with Special Metal and possibly Snowpoint, could really abuse that Power. The free SP Scoop Up card from Galactic's Conquest also goes hand-in-hand with it.

where does it say it takes it from ooponents discard? hippodon LV.X+vibrava could be good..

Straight from the Beach:

Vibrava LV.36 - Colorless - HP70
Stage 1 – Evolves from Trapinch

[C]Energy Typhoon: Does 20 damage x the number of Energy in your opponent’s discard pile. Then, return all of those Energy to your opponent’s deck and shuffle it.
[C][C] Quick Attack: 20 damage. Flip a coin, if heads this attack does an additional 20 damage.

Weakness: Colorless (+20)
Resistance: Lightning (-20)
Retreat: 1

I love that electric gym leader's supporter that is like Prof. Rowan!

I am NOT impressed by this set. It looks okay, nothing jumps out at me like previous sets. I am a bit disappointed.

Straight from beach,

Aerodactyl GL LV.62 - Fighting - HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

[C] Collect: Draw 2 cards from your deck.
[F][C] Prehistoric Breath: 30 damage. During your opponent’s next turn, your opponent can’t play any Pokemon cards from his or her hand to Evolve or Level Up the Defending Pokemon.

Weakness: Lightning (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 0
---------------------------------------
Reminds me of Aerodactyl from Fossil, only it's Power is now an attack with some extra's.
------------------------------------------
Shiftry LV55. - Darkness - HP130
Stage 2 – Evolves from Nuzleaf

Poke-Body: Ominous Wind
As long as this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon, whenever your opponent flips a coin during his or her turn, treat the result of the coin flip as tails.
[D][C] Bonding Beam: 40 damage. If you have the same number of cards in your hand as your opponent, the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
[D][C][C] Block: 60 damage. During your opponent’s next turn, the Defending Pokemon can’t use any Poke-Powers, and its Poke-Bodies also don’t work.

Weakness: Fire (+30)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1
--------------------------------------
That Body is EVIL. Makes Level MAX useless when he's Active >:D

Underground Expedition - Supporter

Look at the bottom 4 cards of your deck. Put 2 of those cards into your hand, and return the remaining cards to the bottom of your deck in any order. *standard supporter text*

A new draw Supporter... I like it...Especially with Claydol if you get what I mean.

Total meh. seriosly why? [Talking about the Pikachu reprints]

why? Because the reprint cards are clearly meant for collectors rather then actual players (Why reprint the relatively weak Charizard line in IFDS/Stormfront when you could have the powerful Blastoise line printed? 'cause Charizard was more popular of a card.) The pikachus (Flying/Surfing) were promos only in the past, and thus hard to come by. Looks good for pulling collectors/casual kids who wanna see Pikachu looking different/etc.

Let's keep the discussion of everything Bonds to the End of Time in this one topic, please.

stop trying to bring back GG pokemon!!

with the Upper Energy stall with sableye set up and bam psychic cut for uuber damage

Ah, yeah, I got Vibrava wrong. That was a really stupid mistake on my part, but it's easy to overlook that kinda stuff when you're sort of speeding through it like I was.
Sorry guys.

The addition of Upper Energy brings back many old favorites (Plox obviously) and helps to make many decks that didn't have a chance of being played playable when we get this set of course. Additionally it makes players think even more about how they play the game again because when Scramble energy was legal you always had to think about how your opponent could easily play the card to turn the tide of the game.
