Boost energy decks

why would they change boost now? you used to be able to put it on exs right? so there is no reason for them to change it now. if they were going to change it why not before worlds '04? It will not be changed.
 
After looking at some of my cards I found Rockets Entei ex. With boost this could be a very good card. KO most pokemon in 2 hits and if one gets KO it only takes 2 turns to power another one. doing 60 to everybody is good. nidoking can't use the attack two turns in a row, blaze ex has to discard fire energy and manetric ex has to discard at least 2 lightning but entei can discard any energy and it could retreave cards like darkness and rainbow from the discard pile. it might be playable.
 
nooooooooooooooooooooo my idea.... Well thats the way it goes but in my defence I diden't play boost before. I got it, how about an executor boost deck? you could flip LOTS of coins.

Thanks for the replies guys.It gives me some ideas. If Boost can be attached to an evolved EX then I feel that Gardy/Gardy EX is gonna be the one to beat again. I think Boost is gonna be incredibly important to a lot of tourney decks and its gonna be interesting to see how much impact it will make at Worlds!!
 
YOU CAN attach it! there's no doubt about it, i could bet my 3 rh tv reporters on it =/ it's like that in Japanb, it'll be like this here, there WONT be an errata in japan, how can there be? when they create the cards =/ =/ =/ =/

I think I'll use it with Gardevoir ex...pretty fast.
I've got 4 *** Boost Energies and thinking how do I use them... :biggrin:
 
well, 2 pluspowers because if u were to attach a normal energy it would add 10, and since boost adds 30, it basically just does 20 more damage
 
I'll use it with Exploud. woot.

Breaking Sound, Breaking Sound, Breaking Sound... ok, he's about to die... Boost, Hyper Voice, KO....
 
I'm sure many people have ideas with Boost Energy, but some are like uber-l33t and don't want to post their "secret" deck. ._.'

Slaking is going to be more powerful when the next comes out. New stadium helps alot. Boost isn't bad for slaking either, but it says you have to discard basic energy, so slaking leaves himself with no energy attached after he attacks.

Any EX with a high colorless attack (GCCC, WCCC, WWCCC, GGCCC, etc.) will take advantage of boost. Kingdra EX works well with boost. Salamence EX, etc.

I like Exploud, too bad it isn't played. Probably would work well with Jumpluff lol and Pidgeot.

Boost helps all decks, other than Haymaker which isn't played lol.
