Does anyone have any opinions on fixing the deck? It doesn't really have any major problems, but I'm still a little self-conscious.

You must have 4 Oracles while running Delcatty.
-1 Marshtomp
-1 Rare Candy
+2 Oracle
Your trainers are well-rounded and your draw is sufficient.

You don't have to have 4 oracle when only running delcatty as a side supporter. Now if you had a 3/3 line of delcatty, I would agree. But as you can see, it is not the main part of the deck, just in for extra draw. 2 oracle with 2 delcatty might work just as well. ALso, I don't recommend anyone play one of the middle stage because then when omastar wastes all your rare candies, you are more or less searching your deck for one card.
 
Prime- I should be in Cary on the 16th. Will you be?

I won't be playing 1 Marshtomp at all. 2 is the very minimum.
