Can gardevoir's attack Bring Down KO more pokemons or just one? I suppose it can KO up to 11 pokemons at once (in case they all have same HP), correct?
No, one per attack.
If there are multiple Pokemon with the same, lowest remaining HP, the attacker would get to choose which one is KO'd, excluding the Gardevoir LvX.
