Broken pin

I got my pin yesterday. The envelope was torn and wrinkled, probably from mail handling equipment. The post was broken off the pin. This happen to anyone else? Any suggestions about what to do?

Yah, my card came through OK, but my pin was scratched and the post driven THROUGH the clasp. I guess I'll be emailing as per instructions above.

Has anyone who emailed about a damaged pin/card, or who never got theirs to begin with (..like me) heard anything, or recieved a replacement yet?

Sorry. I've been swamped with other stuff. I'll put in an order today to get the pins out. I'll have to talk to Dave about the cards.

Sorry to sound like a whiner - your post at least let's us know that our requests have been received and heard - sometimes posting here can have the same effect as a dozen email replies !!

I got my replacement pin. Took about 4-5 weeks.
