Broken Time-Space/Dusk Stone

If i start with Murkrow with Dusk Stone, and i have a Honchkrow on my hand. Can i then evolve it in my first turn? (Same question with BTS) Because i won in my first turn one with Machamp by evolving my Machop (as start pokemon) to Machoke and then to Machamp. Is it possible when it says when you play it.

You can evolve in both of those cases, as long as can get the BTS in play, for that case.
In the case of Dusk Stone, you can evolve right away on the first turn of the game.
