Strategy:
Kick some donkey and burn some oxen with Blaine’s Charizard’s Roaring Flames attack. Use Brock's Ninetales' Shapeshift pokemon power and Blaine's Charizard together to make Charizard both a Blaine's and Brock's pokemon. Brock's Protection keeps the energy on the Shapeshifted Brock's Ninetales. Cinnabar City Gym works somewhat well against Raindance decks. Blaine helps with energy acceleration.
