Might be a dumb question, might not be. Anyway:
Suppose I use Buck's Training with a Chatot MD active. Then I decide to retreat for my benched Garchomp MT and decide to use Garchomp's 3 for 70 attack. Does Garchomp get the benefit of Buck's because the effect resides on Buck's, or is there no damage boost because the effect got placed on Chatot?
