From my previous post :

My question :
If I KO Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff with Feint Attack (Rocket's Tricky Gym, SS Cacturne, ...) will my opponent flip for Buffer ?

Pokepop's answer :
Sure. It's KO'd by damage from an attack. Doesn't matter how the Attacking Pokemon happened to be able to use that attack.

Pop,

I think my previous question was not complete.

The Feint attack text says :
'This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-powers, Poke-bodies or any other effects on that Pokemon'.

Buffer Poke-body says :
'If Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff would be Knocked Out by an opponent's attack, flip a coin. If heads, Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff is not Knocked Out and its remaining HP becomes 10 instead'.

My problem is the word 'damage' in the Feint attack text.

Do we consider that it's only the amount of damage that isn't affected and in this case the player flips for Buffer ?
Or do we consider that the attack's damage KO'd Hoppip/... and that this result of the attack is not affected in which case the player wouldn't flip ?

Sorry if it's not really clear, but it's not easy to explain in a foreign language something you're not sure to understand because it's in a foreign language

Yeah, the two don't interact.
You do the full damage, then Buffer triggers afterwards.
