I am currently theory crafting a deck that is focusing on trying to get Burned, Poisoned, and Confused on simultaneously and saw 3 options in Standard:
  1. Salazzle with {F}: Panic Poison
  2. Alolan Muk with {D}{1}: Panic Poison + 20 Dmg
  3. Celebi & Venusaur with {G}{2}: Pollen Hazard + 50 Dmg
Reasons
  1. Can evolve from version with {1}: Call for Family and cheapest option
  2. Can evolve from version with {2}: Chemical Breath for 20 + 50 for each condition (170 Dmg)
  3. Less complicated option which also includes its GX attack to shuffle Discard into Deck (almost called them Graveyard and Library :p)
Option 2 will necessitate using Memory Energy. While 1 could use it, it isn't as critical to success.

Others I am hoping to include are:
  • 1 Dragalge with {P}: Poison Cultivation
  • 1-2 Vileplume GX with Fragrant Flower Garden
  • 1-2 Parasect with Panic Spores
  • 1 Infernape with Flaming Fighter
  • 2 Mr. Mime; 1 with Pantomime and the other with Scoop-Up Block
  • 1 Absol with Dark Ambition
  • 1 Phione with Whirlpool Suction that I want to pair with some combination of Looker and Underground Expedition
  • Sable V with {D}: Lode Search and {D}{D}: Crazy Claws (which points to option 2) as my alternate fighter
Trainers I am considering
  • Black Market to mitigate Sable V loss
  • Wela Volcano Park to keep Burned from falling off
  • Sky Pillar to protect Benched Pokemon
  • 3-4 Great Ball
  • 2-3 Rare Candy so I don't have to run Stage 1's of Vileplume GX and Infernape
  • 1-2 Tag Call if I use Celebi & Venisaur along with 3 different Supporters
  • 2-4 Blue's Tactics
  • 1-2 Guzma & Hala to grab a Stadium and a Memory Energy
  • 2-4 Bede if I run Option 2
  • 6-8 Looker / Underground Expedition if I run Phione
  • 1-2 Profesor Oak's Setup since there will be multiple types
  • 1 Steven's Resolve
  • 4 Misty's Favor
  • 1-2 Red's Challenge
  • 1 Cynthia & Caitlyn
  • 4 Whitney
  • 1 Mallow & Lana
  • 4 Bill's Analysis
  • 4 Tate & Liza
  • 1 Faba
  • 1 Marnie
  • 1-2 Nanu if I run option 2
  • 1-2 Reset Stamp for disruption and keeping pressure on after a few knockouts
  • 1-2 Choice Helmet to lower chances of 1 Hit Knockouts
  • 1 Stealthy Hood for edge cases that I am unaware about
  • 2-3 Escape Board
  • 1-2 Air Balloon
  • + other more typical items
I am aware all these add up to more than 60 cards, which is why I am asking for advice. Is there a typical ratio of Supporter, Item, Pokemon Tool cards, (such as MTG's 24ish / 60 lands)?
I am assuming Stadium counts never get as high as 5.

With option 2 in mind, I am thinking 5 Dark, 3 Psychic, and 4 Memory, assuming I am capped at 4 Memory.

here's the ratio I tell new players at my league to use as starting point when building a deck

12 energy (only need more if its a deck that discards and can't retrieve the energy)
20 pokemon (depends on deck, can run a smaller amount when running a mostly Basics deck)
12 supporters (most of these should be draw/search type supporters)
2 stadium (this can range from 2-4 typically depending on how important stadium control is to the deck)
14 items (tools wise is usually around 2-6)
