Can a League Owner play at another Pokemon League Location?

If you were to be a Pokemon League Owner, could you also participate in another League location? This would be assuming of course that the time didn't overlap and you could attend the other League.
 
I run the RI leagues. I regularly attend League in Milford, occasionally Cherry Valley and occasionally Tewksbury. There might be a few more i've been to. No complaints so far from anybody (usually the opposite LOL!)
 
Wow! That would be horrible if you couldn't play elsewhere. I run one league, act as a leader for one other and play at 3-5 others in my area occasionally and depending on where business takes me like to drop in on leagues across the country. Most of the Leagues I know are pretty laid back and appreciate any player who shows up! Certainly POP doesn't mind and I love looking at the list of leagues I've been at the end of the season, it kind of sums up my year.
