Can I use Poke. breeder to evolve burried fossil/mysterious fossil into kabutops ?

Can I use Poke. breeder to evolve burried fossil/mysterious fossil into kabutops ? :confused:

Is burried fossil and mysterious fossil count as basic pokemon?
 
As far as Ive heard, when In play, Mysterious Fossil and Buried Fossil count as basic pokemon, therefore yes you can use breeder..Please correct me if Im wrong!!
 
If both of them count as a basic pokemon, Does my opponent draw a price after he kill my burried and mysterious fossil?
 
Mysterious Fossil states on it that if it is KOed your opponent does not draw a prize.

Buried Fossil would let them draw a prize.
