Can Mr. Mime be female?

All we can realy do is hope that some of the "gender" issues are resolved for some of these poor pokies in the release of 5th generation.
Look at Pac-man and Mrs. Pac-man: should it be Mrs. Pac-woman? Or did she take on the "man" part cuz of them being married?
What if Mr. Mime and Mr. Mime Female got married? Would it be Mr. and Mrs. Mr. Mime?
They made Tauros male and Miltank female, and Kangaskhan Female, do they plan on releasing a male Kangaskhan?

it all boils down to they didn't consider that genders would be added to the series when NOA came up with the English names. its Japanese name doesn't have any sort of gender implication
