Look at the other posts in the forum to see how people offer what they have and ask for what they want, and then haggle with others until they agree upon a trade.
At that point, usually the newer trader mails off their part of the trade. The experienced (proven) trader mails their part off when they have received the first traders cards.
If both Traders have good references, sometimes they will both mail at the same time, since they trust each other.
