I've always wanted to find a use for Promo Wobbuffet, but until now, hes been chilling in my Monster Binder.
Here's my idea for a super disruption-come-from-behind-victory-deck.dek
I haven't had much time to test it, so it will probably have many changes. The work in progress:

4-2-3 Chandelure
3-1-2 Vanilluxe(slippery soles)
2 MewtwoEX
1 Jirachi
1 Cleffa
1 Wobbuffet Promo

20

4 Collector
4 PONT
4 Candy
4 Comm
3 N
3 Twins
3 Switch
3 JunkArm
2 Tropical Beach
1 Super Rod
1 Lost Remover
32

4 DCE
4 Psychic

Strategy is to fill bench with vanillites and litwicks ASAP so you can evolve into Chandy and Scoops. Use Scoop's power Slippery Soles to force your opponent to switch their active every turn. Use a combination of Soles, Switch, Cursed Shadow and Mewtwo to take prizes. If they try and get cute, you can use Wobbuffet to lock a free retreater in the active spot. N+Beach is your finisher.

I'd like to fit some Max Potions or some Pokegears. Maybe some rescue energy or a 3rd Mewtwo. Still playing with card counts.

Any ideas? Warp Point every turn can wreck some decks, especially if they miss out on attacking.

My advice to you is to add me to your friends list since I'm awesome and am the best judge in your area. And -1 comm +1 max potion?

It's refreshing to see a new, creative concept for a deck instead of variation after variation of the same 3 or 4 decks that everyone else uses.

Maybe a few rocky helmets?

Right, its no good vs decks that play trainers, but against trainer lock decks where the threat of catcher/switch isnt there, it can be devastating. Also if you open with it, they may not be able to retreat out of their starting basic.

I think 4 Rare Candy might be 1 too many. You have a lot of draw/ refresh with PONT, N, Twins, and Beach, so you should be coming across them pretty easily. Once it's in your Discard, Junk Arm works wonders. I'm also wondering about your single Lost Remover... I'd replace both of those with Max Potions.

You do realize they're running 2 heavy stage 2 lines right? 4 Candies is a must.
